geographical segment

 Ensure lower dormancy ra􀆟o of ac􀆟ve vs total agents.

 Maximize mobiliza􀆟on through regular follow-ups & strengthening of rela􀆟onships with agents

 Ensure constant upda􀆟ng of agent’s knowledge on new products and underwri􀆟ng policies

 Troubleshoo􀆟ng with a) Underwri􀆟ng team for policy approval b) Branch opera􀆟ons team for policy issuance

c) claims team for claims se􀆩lement d) Finance team for 􀆟mely disbursement of agent’s commission
