Should be willing to work in captive inbound call center set up, preferably should have inbound call handling experience
Comfortable with rotational shift and weekly offs
Preferably from BFSI / call center / Customer Service background, having handled HNI customers
Superlative communication skills, engaging personality, can-do / take charge attitude
Should have zeal to service HNI customers with above-and-beyond customer service
Insurance background an added advantage
Edu. Qualification - Undergraduate acceptable; Graduate & above preferable
