Key ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriverWork closely with cross functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test casesSupport continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI and CD) processesAnalyse and document test results, report bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issuesMaintain traceability between test cases and requirementsContribute to performance and regression testing strategiesApply knowledge of claims processing in the insurance domain to improve test coverage and scenario realismAssist in creating and maintaining test data for automated testingParticipate in code reviews sprint planning, and other Agile ceremoniesRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field 3 plus years of experience in QA Automation, specifically with Selenium WebDriver Proficient in Java programming languageStrong knowledge in element DOM identificationGood understating of BDDStrong knowledge in Page Factory Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and test case design Hands on experience with tools like JIRA Azure DevOps TestNG Maven Git Jenkins, etc Experience working in Agile Scrum environments In-depth understanding of insurance industry processes and terminology Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred Qualifications Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g JMeter) ISTQB or other QA certifications Experience with cloud-based testing tools or environments (e.g AWS, Azure DevOps)
