Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Consultant, you will
be responsible for successfully implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics
365 for Finance and Operations modules to meet our clients' specific business
needs. You will work closely with clients, understanding their requirements,
and translating them into functional solutions using the D365 platform. You
will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project
managers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful deployment of the
system.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with
clients and business stakeholders to gather and document their functional
requirements related to the Finance and Operations modules, including
Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Basic Budgeting,
Fixed Assets, Accounting, Cash and Bank Management, Procurement, HR,
Master Planning, Inventory Management, Consolidation, Sales Management,
and Tax Management.
- System Configuration: Utilize your expertise
in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to configure the system based on the documented
requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry
standards.
- Implementation: Lead or participate in
the implementation process, including data migration, testing, training,
and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshooting and
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues related to the D365
implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Support: Conduct end-user
training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure they
fully utilize the system's capabilities and maximize its benefits.
- Customization and
Development: Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement
customizations or extensions when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- Proven experience in
implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations modules,
specifically in areas like Account Payables, Account Receivables, General
Ledger, Basic Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Accounting, Cash and Bank
Management, Procurement, HR, Master Planning, Inventory Management,
Consolidation, Sales Management, and Tax Management.
- Strong understanding of
finance and accounting principles and processes.
- Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with
clients and team members.
- Solid problem-solving
and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics
certifications in Finance and Operations modules would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in
managing multiple projects simultaneously would be beneficial.
