Responsibilities:-
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Challenging any objections to getting the customer to buy;
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Requirements

Candidates need to walk-in at one of our office Location: 311, Tower A, ITHUM IT Park ( Behind Corenthum corporate park), Sector-62, Noida-201301
- 1 week orientation cum training program worth Rs. 15000 for free, conducted by our Management. Training about products and services.
- Online test of product and services after completion of the one week orientation program of 48 hrs. Mon-Saturday. No field sales only 10% on need basis within Delhi/NCR.
- Phase 2 (Only for shortlisted candidates)
- Milestone 1 for first 3 month: 3 month commission based paid internship 30% per closing and 10% management of client.
- Milestone 2 for next 3 month: On successfully achieving targets candidates will be eligible for 5k per month + 25% sales commission per new closing + 10% for management of client.
- Milestone 3 for next 3 month: On successfully achieving targets candidates will be eligible for 8k per month + 20% sales commission per new closing + 10% for management of client.
- Milestone 3 for next 3 month: On successfully achieving targets candidates will be eligible for 11k per month + 15% sales commission per new closing + 10% management of client.
