Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Legal Professional(Litigation/ Non Litigation) for a reputed company in Real Estate industry at Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed
• Represent the company in the purchases and sales of properties
• Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio
• Prepare leases, buy/sell agreements, title opinions, easements, and other real estate documents
• Follow up on court cases and report to the Legal Team
• Assist in the preparation of court documents like plaint written statements and other applications.

Working Days - Mon - Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off, Sunday off)

Age - up to 45

Gender - Male

• Candidate should be able to read, write and Speak Kannada language-Mandatory.
