Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Managing a team of 50-100 labors under different shifts.
•  Monitoring and checking stock dispatch as per SOP.
•  Excelled in target-based output achievement 
•  Knowledge of all warehouse activities
•  Well versed with good handling/loading techniques.
•  Track transit damage and report
•  Maintain different data on inward/outward/ cost and other relevant activities.
•  coordinating with labor contractor / logistic provider for hiring/replacement of resources
•  Managing contract laborers to perform to the fullest and contributing to a seamless supply of products to the customer and within the warehouse.
•  Follow the SOP while carrying out any task.
•  Problem solver and go-getter attitude. 
•  Sound knowledge of the best Cold Storage / Warehouse practices of the industry.
•  Ensure to give a proper briefing to subordinates/staff about all exceptions for avoiding in the future.
• Sort out issues/concerns of staff/supervisors day to day operations.
