Job Description: Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidates Profile:
· Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 8 months to 1 year
· Must know how to close their own calls.
· Must have good convincing skills.
· Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses
