Job Summary: We are looking for a highly
motivated, experienced and proficient Leader for our Real Estate Sales team in Bengaluru.
The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and manage a team of team leader’s sales
manager, ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets while delivering
exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual with a
strong understanding of the real estate market preferred in Bengaluru,
excellent leadership skills, People management skills and the
ability to drive results.
Qualifications:
· MBA in any
discipline
· Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
in Bengaluru is Preferred.
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real
estate sales, with at least 3 + years in a leadership or supervisory role.
· Proven track record of consistently meeting or
exceeding sales targets.
· Experience in managing multiple teams and team
leader or region is preferred
Skills:
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of the Bengaluru real
estate market and property trends.
· Ability to analyse data and use insights to
drive sales decisions.
· High level of motivation and the ability to
work under pressure.
· Ability to motivate team positively to follow policy and procedure & SOPs
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Management:
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate
Senior Manager & Manager etc.
· Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to
team members to enhance their performance.
· Set clear sales targets and ensure team
members are equipped to meet them.
· Monitor the team’s performance and provide
regular feedback and evaluations.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance
culture within the team.
2. People Management:
· Cultivate a positive work environment by
promoting teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
· Oversee team performance, provide constructive
feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary which
involves grievance handling.
· Should have experience of handling Team
Leaders.
· Actively engage in resolving team issues and
maintaining high morale among team members.
· Identify individual strengths and areas for
improvement to provide tailored coaching and development opportunities.
· Promote a culture of continuous learning and
ensure that team members are aligned with organizational goals and values.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to
achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the Bengaluru real estate
market.
· Drive sales growth by identifying
opportunities for new business and expanding relationships with existing
clients.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create
effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
· Monitor competitor activities and market
trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
4. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with
key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
· Act as the primary point of contact for
high-value clients and prospects.
· Assist team members in closing deals and
providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
· Prepare regular sales reports and performance
analytics to track team progress against goals.
· Analyse sales data to identify trends,
strengths, and areas for improvement.
· Present insights and strategic recommendations
to senior management.
6. Process Improvement:
· Continuously improve the sales process,
ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead conversion.
· Ensure that all sales activities comply with
legal and regulatory requirements.
