- Senior Technical Architect tasked with
- Work directly with Customers for
- Advising on complex use of Oracle products
- Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
- Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others
- Standardizing Customer Experience by putting support process in place
- Automating support processes/ troubleshooting steps
- Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
- Creation/review of Knowledge Articles
Qualifications: Any professional qualification (BE/ B Tech/MCA/ MSc (Comp Science)).
Need to Have
- In depth technical architecture knowledge in at least 4 modules. Preferably the below combinations
- Core HR, Fusion Talent, Fusion Learn, Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC)
- Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation
- Core HR, Absence, Time and Labor
- Fusion certified in at least two of the above modules
- In depth knowledge of API’s
- BIP/OTBI reporting
- Analytic skills
- Solutioning Skills
- HCM extracts, Fast Formulas
- Functional knowledge of the modules in the stated area of expertise
