Job Title - Product Sales Manager-Retail CMS

CTC : 12 LPA

Age: 36 Max

Job Purpose :

"Support to Frontline Retail Sales Team, to guide on Digital Products - viz.. NACH, UPI & Virtual Accounts & assist solution activation.

Build up CASA Balances

Enhance Solution Active customers."                                                                                                

Roles & Responsibilities:            

  • Identify potential clientele for Digital Solutions - NACH, UPI, Virtual Accounts & related API
  • Knowledge share on digital products for frontline to drive Solution attachment
  • Process simplification that makes customer on-boarding & transacting experience easy
  • Work closely with the NSM - Retail Solutions to develop sales strategy
  • Drive Current Account balance build-up with Solution led acquiring. Generate CMS Fee Income.
  • Domain Knowledge mandatory (KYC, On-boarding, RBI guidelines, understanding of CMS products).
  • Structuring tasks - managing tasks, upholding standards & focused on producing output
  • Previous relevant minimum experience of 3 years in Product Sales Manager role & high value client handling.
  • Acquire & manage high value Liability relationship by meeting clients on a daily basis & pitching Retail CMS Solutions.
  • Drive product development & marketing initiatives as part of central product team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build the business ground up and subsequently scale it up rapidly by meeting clients on a daily basis."
