DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities
- Liaison with KS verticals such as branches/bank channel/ PCG & Franchisee along with bank channel partners for gaining mindshare on LAS/KMIL/ & ESOP funding products and increase participation thus help them achieve their KRAs on cross sell.
- Publishing periodical acquisition and activity reports across various channels.
- Ensuring speedy execution of all the files while coordinating on various desk and providing resolution of queries to maximize Customer and channels satisfaction levels.
- Meet prospects for funding requirements and thrive to cover Senior management members of assigned corporates on priority.
- Handle and resolve escalations if any at POS & Meet the given business targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge on broking & asset products
- Inclination for knowledge on markets/commercials & constant rapport building ability is a must
